Can I get verified using a different method?

Yes but only if your ID verification failed online and you could not be approved under any circumstances.  You can contact us directly to email through your identity documents and a live video of you speaking. Please send your documents to privacy@ntponlinelearning.co.uk . Make sure to include your full details such as name, address, date of birth and telephone number. Please note that you will not be able to access your course until your identity is verified.
