How to access student support

Our tutors are here to help and guide you every step of the way. Whenever you need support with your course, you can contact our tutors. Support is unlimited and they can answer all your questions and queries to help you gain a complete understanding of the content.

You must understand everything in your course, so if you don’t, you need to contact your tutors.

Call – If you want to talk to a tutor, or have a virtual 1:1 meeting, you need to schedule and book a call. You can use our online booking system, or call Daryl, our student mentor to schedule the call for you.

You don’t have to show your face on calls or download software. They are free, you can book calls whenever you need them, there is no limit on the number of calls you can have, and they are run online using teams through a web browser.

Late-night calls can be booked on Thursdays.

Live Chat – Click the orange chat widget on our website to open the chat box and select the option to speak to student support. Daryl will pick up the chat and assist you. She will then transfer you through to a tutor if its required.

Email – You can email your queries directly to student support at studentsupport@ntponlinelearning.co.uk . Please allow up to 7 days for a response.
