How to access your training certificate

When you complete your training course to 100%, you will be awarded a training certificate.

We’ve made accessing your training certificate easy and created a video for you to watch, which shows you the process step-by-step.

Please note that not every course includes a training certificate – these include courses where accreditation is awarded by an awarding body such as CILT for a formal qualification and courses that are guides such as audits.
