The Transport Manager CPC is the qualification that entitles an individual to be named on an Operator Licence issued by the Traffic Commissioner and be responsible for ensuring that the company, drivers and vehicles are operating within the relevant laws. After passing an exam, a successful candidate would be issued with a Level 3 Certificate of Competence for Transport Managers qualification in either Road Haulage (for HGV companies) or Road Passenger Transport (for PSV companies)
