Once purchased each course is available to you for 12 months. If you have purchased a Transport Manager course you will also have the option to extend your course on a 30-day monthly rolling contract at the end of your 12 months access if you need to. 

Once you’re a customer, you are eligible to get support from one of our expert tutors for free, whenever you need it. We believe you shouldn’t be without support or guidance which is why we offer unlimited free tutor support from 9am-8pm via Live Chat, Email and Phone.

Once you’ve purchased your course, you’ll receive a series of emails and can start the process of creating your account. Once your account has been created, please log in to the NTP Online Learning website and head over to the dashboard to find all of your courses.

To access your courses, after receiving your onboarding emails and creating your account, sign in using the student login on our website and head over to your dashboard.

Yes, our courses are completed online using our bespoke learning software to deliver everything you’ll need to pass the Transport Manager exams. There are no tutor-led lessons to attend and our course tracks your progress to let the tutors know exactly where you’re up to. If you need help during the course you can get unlimited free support from our tutors between 9am-8pm Monday to Friday & 9am-5pm Saturday to Sunday via Teams, Live Chat or Phone. You can also take the exams online and from home.
