Examination Fees
Examinations are £99 per exam and are not included in the Exam Resit Package. You only pay for your examinations when you're ready to book them, giving you the flexibility to sit your exams when you feel fully prepared.
Your exams will be taken with the examination body CILT (Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport) of which we are a learning partner.
After completing your mock exams included within your course and having them marked and graded by our tutors, we organise the exam with CILT for you.
You can take these exams from home and you will receive a link via email to join the online exam.
There are two exams to complete - Case Study & Multiple Choice. You will need to pass both of these exams to receive your Transport Manager CPC qualification.

Yes. The course is fully accredited by the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport (CILT), ensuring you meet the recognised standard for Transport Managers.
NTP Online Learning’s average pass rate is around 81%, significantly higher than most other providers in the UK.
Exam fees are not included, as they are charged by the examination board CILT. The exam fee is £198 for both exams or £99 per exam, payable when you are ready to sit them, and this can be spread over 6 months.
We receive all exam results from CILT around 6 weeks after your exam, which is the industry standard. We will contact you with your result and send over your Certificate of Professional Competence.
The Transport Manager Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) is a legal Level 3 qualification required to manage vehicle fleets for Road Haulage or Passenger Transport Operator Licences.
The course covers operator licensing, drivers’ hours, tachograph records, vehicle maintenance, health and safety, financial management, and key areas of civil, commercial, social, and fiscal law.
With NTP Online Learning, the Transport Manager CPC course takes as long as you have learning hours to dedicate. It is fully online and self-study, designed for working professionals. Most students pass within around 3 months and receive 12 months of full access.
NTP Online Learning delivers the Transport Manager CPC as a fully online self-learning course with no classroom days or live sessions. All progress is tracked online and learners can study at any time with no fixed schedule.
The Transport Manager CPC includes two exams: a multiple-choice paper (P1) and an open-book case study exam (P2). NTP Online Learning prepares learners for both exams with mock exams and tutor support.
The multiple-choice exam lasts 2 hours, while the case study exam lasts approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes. NTP Online Learning provides exam-focused preparation to support learners.
The pass mark is 70% for the multiple-choice exam and 50% for the case study exam. NTP Online Learning has an average pass rate of around 81%.
