NTP wins global Stevie Award for sales and customer service.

On Tuesday 1st March NTP was presented with a prestigious Silver Stevie® Award in Customer Service Success – All Other Industries category in the 16th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals.  The Stevie Awards organizes eight of the world’s leading business awards programs, also including the prestigious American Business Awards® and International Business Awards®.

Winners will be recognized during a virtual awards ceremony on May 11.

Whaplode based NTP Online Learning found themselves competing against more than 2,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry, in 51 nations including global corporations such as IBM, Microsoft and DHL to win the prestigious award.

It was the Transport Manager CPC online study course that saw NTP become a Silver Stevie Award winner. The course only launched in 2017 and has helped the company experience rapid growth and huge success thanks to its ease of use and excellent pass rates.

Just 150 professionals worldwide, on eight specialized judging committees, had the challenging task of choosing the winners. The judges were delighted with the award entry submission from NTP with some saying that NTP had disproved the industry’s assumption that digital self-study learning couldn’t work whilst another congratulated the firm on finding an innovative solution to a market need in a post-Covid world, NTP continues to innovate and help professionals in the logistic industry to earn qualifications better than any of their competitors.

“The nominations we received for the 2022 competition illustrate that business development, customer service, and sales professionals worldwide, in all sorts of organizations, have continued to innovate, thrive, and meet customer expectations during the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Stevie Awards president Maggie Gallagher Miller.  “The judges have recognized and rewarded their achievements, and we join them in applauding this year’s winners for their continued success.  We look forward to recognizing them on May 11.”

NTP can now look forward to receiving their award from America and attending a virtual awards ceremony on May 11th to officially have their achievement recognised and It could be a double whammy for the firm as they are soon set to receive news on whether they have also won another prestigious award. On 8th April 2022 the firm will finally be told if they are the winner of the Learning Excellence Award for 2022
